Beckman Coulter entrusts Sisemed with the provision of IT support in its laboratory management middleware solution

Oficinas de Sisemed en Pau Alcover, 33Sisemed will be the IT support service provider for Remisol Advance, the laboratory management middleware solution that the multinational Beckman Coulter markets. Founded more than 80 years ago, it is a leading multinational in the manufacture of biomedical laboratory equipment, and has more than 10,000 employees throughout the world. Currently, Beckman Coulter has almost 200,000 laboratory instrument systems implanted.

Remisol Advance is a clinical information management tool that integrates the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and instrumentation, providing real-time information on the activity performed.

This new service broadens the scope of the relationship between both companies since Sisemed has been providing technical support in the maintenance and installation of Beckman Coulter's laboratory equipment in Spain for a few years.

This provision of IT services is part of the area of ​​information systems applied to medical technology offered by Sisemed as MAS (MedTech Asset Software), its Computer Aided Maintenance System (CMMS) or its ticketing and call center management tools, and its solutions for inventory management and geolocation of medical technology.
