Costaisa has passed the renewal and follow-up audits of its quality management certificates, environmental and information system services management certificates, which guarantees our clients our commitment to excellence and sustainability.
The corresponding ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management and ISO 20000-1 Information Technology Service Management System have been evaluated by AENOR, and are international in scope.
This new milestone has been possible thanks to our Integrated Management System, which in its deployment guarantees quality and excellence in the management and attention to users, in addition to preventing pollution derived from our activity. It covers all processes related to the environment and user service processes, as well as the associated strategic and support procedures.
The ISO 20000-1 certificate demonstrates the weight of information technology in our processes aimed at providing services to our clients, both in scope and in the quality of our actions.
