Sisemed promotes the professional development of its employees by training 70% of its staff in 2020

Clase de formaciónSisemed has obtained very good results from the implementation of its Training Plan: during the year 2020, 27 training activities, seminars and/or workshops were carried out, attended by 70% of the company's workforce, and a third of them were able to take part in more than two training sessions.

José Antonio Rodríguez Leyva, Managing Director of Sisemed, points out that "we are very satisfied considering the crisis that we have had to face, because our team was on the front line. We have been able to adapt to this new reality and some of the training courses initially planned have had to be postponed or suspended, while others have had to be adapted to new methods of delivery".

There has also been great progress in the duration of the courses and the time frame for their delivery to better reconcile the work and family life of employees, since more than 95% of the training courses have been held during the working day.

Whenever possible, priority has been given to holding training sessions at Sisemed's own facilities. However, given the company's business, with projects distributed throughout the country, most of the training sessions were held at the supplier's own facilities.
